About Me.
I'm an online application developer based the South West of England. I have over 9 years of development experience including extensive accessibility & usability experience. I practice agile development methodologies but am also happy to work in a more traditional manor when required. I have a keen interest in learning new things and like to keep on the cutting edge of the technology curve.
I like to contribute to the open source community when possible and have a rails plugin available on github called javascript_auto_include, I've also had contributions to the god project accepted and included in the master tree. I'm also a keen rock climber, surfer, snowboarder and enjoy riding fixed gear bikes.
I am available for hire on a contract basis and am happy to work remotely or locally in your office. Having worked for many clients remotely (I lived and worked in Vancouver, Canada for three years), often in multiple time zones, I know how to overcome the pitfalls of distance working in order to achieve a good working relationship with anyone on the planet. If you would like to work with me please get in contact.
